Job Summary
Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction inquiries, forecast accuracy, and inventory requirements.
Responsible for maintaining the Demand Master Plan, coordinating with plant operations for scheduling and delivery, and participating in Sales/Operations meetings to reconcile inventory forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
Provides timely reports to support Clients, Sales, Marketing, and Operations on forecasts, shipping plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history.
