Salary
Base: Competitive Salary & hourly rates; Bonus/Equity: Up To $10K sign-on bonus, Daily Volume Bonus, Quarterly Bonus up to 5%; Benefits: Comprehensive, day one benefits including PTO, health, dental, vision and CME, retirement plans with employer contribution and matching, relocation package

Key Requirements
Minimum 18 months experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification
Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification (AANC or AANP)
