  • Lead New Product Blueprinting, taking ownership of the process, identifying and documenting unmet customer needs and translating them into clear product requirements that guide innovation and development.
  • This role combines scientific expertise with direct customer insight, ensuring that innovation is driven by real operational needs.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related

  • Strong understanding of cleaning chemistry and hygiene applications
  • Experience with direct customer engagement and field testing
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional European language
