Job Summary

• The Senior Regional Production Specialist must be able to illustrate the highest levels of technical proficiency and underwriting acumen combined with marketing and sales skills to meet production underwriting goals while maintaining budgeted loss and expense ratios.
• The Head of Property for the Zone will rely heavily on this position to assist in guiding, mentoring and training more junior members of the team, as well as to assist in planning and budgeting, collaboration across AIG divisions and building a culture of diversity and inclusion across the team.
