Salary

Pay dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience; Annual bonus program available; 401k match up to 8% plus non-elective contribution of 3-7%

Must-have

  • Experience with organizational design
  • Strong Workday system proficiency
  • North American labor law knowledge

Nice-to-have

  • Proficiency in Spanish language
  • CCP certification preferred
  • Mexico and Canada market experience
  • Global matrix environment background
  • Project management coordination skills
