• Provide restorative education, support and assistance to staff and residents, assessing needs and developing individualized plans of care.
• Monitor and train staff regarding restorative tasks and resident-specific goals, while participating in quality management and audits.
• Coordinate nursing team's resident care assignments, respond to changes in resident condition, and facilitate resident/family education.
