  • The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the implementation and administration of compensation & benefits programs and other HR operations, ensuring pay, bonuses, and benefits are competitive, within budget, legal, and support company objectives.
  • This role involves maintaining accurate employee records, administering benefits programs, and preparing regular HR reports, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines.
