The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end bidding process, translating client specifications into detailed system architectures and Bill of Materials.
Key responsibilities include identifying technical and commercial risks, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all proposals meet strict financial and contractual requirements.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
5-7 years proposal or application engineering experience
Expertise in PLC, SCADA, DCS, BMS, and DDC systems
Proficiency in Siemens, Rockwell, ABB, Schneider Electric, or Honeywell
Deep understanding of Modbus, BACnet, ProfiNet, EtherNet/IP protocols
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of IEC 61131 and SIL safety concepts
Familiarity with Rail-specific standards EN 50126/128/129
Strong ability to write persuasive technical narratives
Experience with complex Excel costing sheets and CRM tools
Ability to manage multiple bids under tight timelines
Key Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years in automation industry proposal roles
Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control & Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering
Proven experience in Industrial, Building, or Rail sectors
