Manage projects and contracts setup, maintenance, and close out, supporting client billing operations and WIP adjustments.
Monitor staff timecard submissions, process time transfers, and ensure adherence to query resolution SLAs while maintaining engagement management policies.
Collaborate with other finance functions for month-end closing and undertake ad-hoc assignments from an engagement management claims perspective.
