Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Banking & Finance, or related field
8 to 10 years in sales, partnerships, or business development
Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing regional strategic partnerships
Strong capability in partnership acquisition, negotiation and relationship management
In-depth knowledge of HNW and retail insurance products
Proven strategic project management, problem-solving and execution skills
Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder-influencing skills
CLI, ILP, IFA qualifications or equivalent (e.g. M5, M9, HI)
