Job Summary
Partner with the Dallas Manufacturing Leadership Team to develop and execute HR priorities that enable the business to achieve its accelerated growth goals and foster fulfilling employee experience.
Support approximately 400 employees, this role will strategize organizational development, talent management, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR special projects.
