Map current vs. future-state processes for NPI and Manufacturing/Product Engineering, identify gaps, and propose improvements to streamline workflows and deliver engineering productivity improvements.
Define integration points across key systems (ERP, PLM, MES, EI, and engineering applications/platforms) and ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between platforms.
