Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading an in-country team and a team in East Hartford in support of the IAF fleet, with critical interaction with sub-contractors.
The program manager will manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction for the entire IAF fleet, acting as the single point of contact for all IAF F100 engines.
Responsibilities include managing contract execution for both FMP & BOA contracts, including profit and loss, margin growth, and leading marketing campaigns and contract negotiations.

Key Requirements
