The role involves assisting residents with all aspects of daily life including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while monitoring for skin breakdowns and other health issues.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Record vital signs and intake/output data
Transport and position residents safely
