Key Requirements
Master's degree in Mental Health, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or Human Service field
At least two years of experience working with I/DD population or behavioral health needs
Successful completion of START Coordinator Certification training within 12 months
Valid Driver's License required for assignments in California
Bachelor's degree minimum if using combination of education and experience
