  • Support the CQ department to achieve target KPI (QVOC Survey – Sales, CPTV, ART & Overall customer satisfaction).
  • Capture the customer VOC through various sources like CEC, Email, letters SM and analyze complaints for root cause analysis.
  • Manage and periodically review the CEC process and PDCA with the CEC Team.
