Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's Degree required
3-5 years leadership experience
Maintain commercial refrigeration systems
Read blueprints and electrical schematics
Knowledge of industrial motors and controls
Nice-to-have
Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems
Ability to operate powered lift equipment
Strong communication skills for team coaching
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and PLEX systems
