Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4-7 years performance testing experience
Proficiency in JMeter and LoadRunner tools
Experience with D365 application performance testing
Strong understanding of application architecture
Knowledge of databases and networking concepts
Nice-to-have
Azure CI/CD knowledge
Chaos Engineering experience with Gremlin or Azure Chaos Studio
Familiarity with AppDynamics and DataDog
Relevant performance testing certifications
AWS FIS experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MCA, MBA, or related field
3+ to 7 years of relevant hands-on experience
Regular full-time education without backlog extensions
