Skills & Requirements
Must-have
PLC/DCS-based control systems
Process Safety and Control Systems design
Onsite work in Pune, India
Travel up to 50% for FAT and commissioning
Knowledge of IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 standards
Nice-to-have
Exposure to Emergency Shutdown Systems
Experience with Fire & Gas Systems
Functional Safety certification
Project lifecycle experience
Multidisciplinary engineering collaboration
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in engineering
3–8 years experience in Process Safety project execution
Ability to interpret P&IDs and process safety documentation
Willingness to travel 50% of the time
TÜV or ISA 84.0 Functional Safety certification (preferred)
