The role involves assisting providers with the evaluation and management of all members presenting to the Health Center as part of the Evernorth Workplace Care team.
Candidates must be able to conduct assessments, coordinate care plans, manage medication refills, and perform phlebotomy duties within their scope of practice.
This is a full-time float position supporting health centers in greater Dalton GA with flexible hours based on center needs.

Must-have
Current LPN or LVN licensure required
Medical Assistant certification preferred

Current BCLS certification mandatory
