Workday is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner to lead talent strategy for its Global Finance Organization, working closely with senior leaders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR, particularly in strategic roles, and a collaborative mindset to foster relationships across global teams

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $172,800 USD - $259,200 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $145,900 USD - $259,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Role may be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants
