Job Summary
The Alpha Data Services Operations Support Analyst will join a team that delivers mission critical data as a service by deploying professionals globally in a follow the sun model.
As a Data Support Analyst, you will be an integral player in providing these key services to our clients, managing multiple technical initiatives and must be self-motivated, self-driven and results oriented.
You will be responsible for analyzing client data requirements, supporting new benchmark indices, validating solutions, and acting as the first line for client trouble reporting.
