Job Summary
As a Visual Merchandiser Manager, you will lead your team, set priorities based on the store commercial plan, and organize tasks flexibly, always aligned with current business needs and in close exchange with your store management team and the Area Visual Manager.
You will implement visual, commercial, and styling concepts according to store guidelines and schedule, ensuring merchandise care and inventory levels to continuously improve merchandise presentation and the customer experience.
You will coach, develop, and inspire your visual team to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline in the store, sharing your knowledge of fashion trends to actively shape a unique customer experience.
