Must-have
5+ years data center facilities operations
2+ years management experience in critical ops
Deep knowledge of power generation systems
Experience managing fiber optic networks
Proficiency with CMMS and monitoring platforms

Experience with liquid cooling systems
Familiarity with Uptime Institute Tier standards
Track record implementing automation and predictive analytics
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Facilities Management
Key Requirements
5+ years progressive experience in data center facilities operations
At least 2+ years in a management or supervisor role
Strong experience managing fiber optic networks in large-scale environments
Deep knowledge of MEP systems, BMS/SCADA, and liquid cooling
Willingness to be primarily onsite with on-call responsibilities
