Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
You will be required to develop work assignments, delegate authority to charge nurses, and ensure sufficient staffing levels of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants to maintain quality care.
This role involves participating in facility surveys, developing care plans, and coordinating with physicians and families to ensure continuity of the residents' total regimen of care.

Key Requirements
