Job Summary

  • To be responsible for the delivery of professional and effective medical assistance services for all clients of International SOS to the highest standards of excellence.
  • Provide telephone medical assessments and advice, organize and supervise medical assistance, including referrals and transportation.
  • Comprehensive 12-16 weeks induction group training, a mix of classroom and on the job training, buddy system and mentoring.

Key Requirements

  • Min 5 years of experience in acute care
  • Registered General Nurse
  • Active Registration/License (SNB License)
  • BCLS certification
  • Previous telephone triage experience desirable
  • Previous experience in Clinical Case Management desirable
