The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program that meets the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
This role involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities while ensuring good communication among employees, residents, families, and other stakeholders.
The position requires assisting with monthly activity calendar development, maintaining attendance records, and supporting quality assurance and discharge planning efforts.
