The Staff Nurse is responsible for managing and providing care to the patient and his/her family while directing and supervising nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team.
The position requires a current Ohio license or interim permit and a degree from a CCNE or ACEN accredited nursing program.
The role focuses on maximizing patient involvement in their own plan of care and reducing the length of hospitalization.
