Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Digital Sales Manager for the West region in their Orthopaedics division. This remote position focuses on leading a team of Digital Sales Consultants to drive the adoption and sales of innovative digital spine technologies

Job Summary

  • This role leads a team of Digital Sales Consultants within the assigned region and partners closely with Area Sales Leadership, Capital Equipment Managers, and Professional Education to ensure successful installations, utilization growth, and surgeon engagement.
  • You will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, utilization metrics, and digital platform adoption goals across the West territory.
