Job Summary
This role leads a team of Digital Sales Consultants within the assigned region and partners closely with Area Sales Leadership, Capital Equipment Managers, and Professional Education to ensure successful installations, utilization growth, and surgeon engagement.
You will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, utilization metrics, and digital platform adoption goals across the West territory.

Key Requirements
7+ years of medical device sales experience
