Job Summary
The Shop Head will lead and manage all maintenance activities within the shop to ensure safety, quality, reliability, and operational continuity in line with KBR and client standards.
This role involves coordinating maintenance jobs related to machines, fire and gas systems, analyzers, and shift crew operations while ensuring timely and accurate reporting in the CMMS system.
The Shop Head supports the development and implementation of strategic maintenance plans and assesses training needs to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
