The role requires partnering with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, and Payroll to ensure accurate administration of executive offers, equity grants, and U.S. deferred compensation programs.

Salary
Base: $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Short-term cash incentives subject to plan requirements; Benefits: Health care, retirement, paid time off, tuition assistance

Must-have
7+ years executive compensation experience
Global equity and stock plan administration
Public company environment experience
SEC reporting and tax requirements knowledge
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
SOX controls and internal audit support
Nice-to-have
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation
Experience with external vendor management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in fast-paced dynamic environment
Process optimization and standard work documentation
