Job Summary

  • Provide technical support to customers and AH Customer Centres on HUMS and Connected Services related topics, steering request treatment and liaising with stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure fault isolation, root cause analysis, and technical event follow-up with headquarters and Asia Pacific customers, reporting in-service incidents and fault cases.
  • Develop close relationships with customers through periodical technical review meetings, regular visits, and conference calls to align on challenges and expectations.
