World Vision International is seeking a Senior Project Manager to strengthen community-based surveillance and maternal and child health services in Cambodia. This role requires extensive experience in healthcare management and collaboration with various health stakeholders to ensure project success, with a focus on vulnerable communities

Job Summary

  • The Senior Project Manager will collaborate closely with four project coordinators, the Senior Technical Specialists, Area Program Manager and team, Regional Management team, CDC, NMCHC, NNP, Provincial Health Departments (PHDs), operational districts (ODs), and Health Centers (HCs) to ensure timely delivery of project outputs and activities.
  • This position is a strategic leadership role in project management that demands strong leadership skills, aligned with WVI-C's values and mission.
  • The project goal is to strengthen community-based disease surveillance and increase access, linkage, and utilization of essential maternal and child health services in selected border provinces affected by migration and health access vulnerabilities.

Key Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience as a clinical midwife/medical doctor
  • At least 5 years' experience in program management
  • Formal degree of Medical Doctor, Midwife, or Nurse

  • Proficiency in Khmer and English
