Job Summary
Lead the strategic vision and development of merchant channels and tools for Synchrony, owning and delivering a defined workstream within the Merchant and Provider product portfolio.
Drive execution of product capabilities and experience enhancements that improve merchant and consumer outcomes at the point of sale, aligning with enterprise strategy, compliance requirements, and agile delivery commitments.
Partner closely with Product, Technology, UX/CX, Legal/Compliance, Operations, and Commercial teams to translate business needs and VOC into prioritized features, measurable outcomes, and successful launches.

Key Requirements
