Base: $168,000 - $252,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Must-have
MLOps platform using Kubeflow and Kubernetes
Python and Go development
Terraform for infrastructure as code
Cloud computing (AWS, GCP)
Microservices and API design
CI/CD for ML components
Nice-to-have
Agentic AI systems understanding
LangChain and LangSmith familiarity
Large-scale ML data pipelines
Databricks, Sagemaker, or Spark experience
Leadership or mentoring experience
Key Requirements
6 or more years of validated industry experience
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Proficiency with Python, Go, and Terraform
Experience running and maintaining Kubernetes clusters in production
Deep understanding of cloud computing, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems
