Job Summary

  • Morgan & Morgan is seeking an Attorney to join our growing Employment Law department to handle a heavy and complex caseload from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial.
  • Responsibilities include day-to-day handling of cases, drafting and filing litigation documents, guiding clients through the case process, and interaction with expert witnesses.
