Must-have
5+ years people lead supervisory experience
Direct supervision of 30+ associates
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices GMPs
Experience with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations
Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement skills
Nice-to-have
Bilingual Spanish English proficiency
CPIM certification in production management
Cleanroom environment ISO 7 experience
Advanced Excel VBA and macro capabilities
SAP MRP system expertise
Key Requirements
Minimum 4-year degree (engineering preferred)
5+ years of supervisory experience required
2+ years in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical manufacturing
