Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Robotic and manual orthopedic procedures
Pre-operative CT-based planning
Operating room instrumentation setup
On-call coverage including nights and weekends
Technical troubleshooting in OR
Customer and surgeon relationship management
Nice-to-have
Clinical experience in nursing or physical therapy
Leadership and community service involvement
Ability to manage stressful surgical environments
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience with product demonstrations and training
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Fluency in written and spoken English
Minimum 1 year relevant clinical experience preferred
