This permanent, full-time Wellington based role is responsible for leading, shaping and delivering strategies and work programmes that strengthen the supply, capacity and sustainability of the Te Reo Māori workforce and school leadership development across various education settings.
The role involves managing people, budgets, and delivery against agreed outcomes while providing high quality advice to senior leaders and building strong relationships with iwi, Māori organisations, unions, and education sector partners.
The team focuses on ensuring the education system has the right people, with the right support and capability, in the right places, now and into the future.
