  • This role leads site-wide maintenance operations to drive standardization, reliability, and cost discipline across power equipment, RTGs, and container-handling assets.
  • The position partners closely with Yard, Marine, Rail, and union leadership to break down silos, implement a structured PM cadence, and shift the organization from reactive to preventative and predictive maintenance.
  • It champions the transition from gas-powered to electric equipment with rigorous safety, training, and change management, while supervising foremen and mechanics and ensuring OSHA/environmental compliance.
