The Fairmont Orchid is seeking a Fairmont Gold Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences on its exclusive luxury concierge floor in Kohala Coast, Hawaii. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a 4 Diamond hotel setting, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to guest service

Job Summary

  • You will lead and elevate personalized moments through a dedicated Concierge team while delivering the highest level of personalized service with indulgent Fairmont Gold amenities and locally inspired culinary offerings.

Salary

  • Operational knowledge of Opera Cloud, Alice, LQA, Dayforce, Microsoft Office
