Job Summary
The Operating/Building Engineer will perform both preventative maintenance & corrective maintenance to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment/systems in assigned facilities.
Day-to-day tasks will include assisting with basic building repairs and maintenance tasks, conducting building rounds and inspections, and responding to and completing work orders in a timely manner.
