PATH seeks a Regional Infectious Disease Surveillance Advisor for AMEE for the STRengthening Infectious disease DEtection Systems (STRIDES) Project.
Responsibilities include overseeing and providing technical leadership for day-to-day implementation of surveillance activities, leading the development and implementation of surveillance activities, and providing technical oversight to country-based technical staff.
Required skills include a Master's degree in epidemiology, public health, veterinary medicine or related field, and at least 5 years of international experience applying epidemiological principles and methods in the design, implementation, and management of surveillance systems.
