Job Summary

  • Provide analytical workforce insights and operate the schedule reconciliation control in line with COO governance standards.
  • Design, maintain and continuously improve workforce models, ensuring data accuracy and auditability across planning and HR systems.
  • Act as a control owner for Schedule Reconciliation, working with Operations, Finance, and Risk to manage remediation and escalate risks.
