  • As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping end-to-end solutions across HR platforms, data, and AI services—ensuring they are robust, future-ready, and aligned to enterprise architecture standards.
  • This role is accountable for solution intent and technical coherence —translating business outcomes into well-architected, secure, and operable solutions that can be delivered incrementally and scaled safely across the enterprise.
  • Embed AI-enabled solutions (including GenAI and agentic patterns) responsibly to improve employee experience, productivity, and decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience
