The physical therapist works as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide appropriate care to patients with disorders associated primarily with orthopedic problems, stroke, or other neurological disorders.
Upon referral, the physical therapist will assess patients and establish together with the patient and other team members plans of care.
The position is located at East Hospital - Tower and reports to the director of rehabilitation services.
