Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Licensed trade background Millwright or Electrician
  • 5+ years maintenance experience in food manufacturing
  • 1-2 years formal or informal leadership experience
  • Advanced knowledge of TPM Phase 3 & 4 tools
  • Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with Lean continuous improvement practices
  • Hands-on leadership style with collaborative approach
  • Ability to coach next level SWP owners
  • Experience working in unionized settings

Key Requirements

  • Licensed trade (Millwright, Electrician, or similar)
  • 5+ years maintenance experience ideally in food manufacturing
  • 1-2 years in a lead-hand or leadership role
  • Solid troubleshooting skills with mechanical electrical automation
  • Comfortable working 12-hour rotating continental shifts
