Job Summary
Developing and implementing environmental policies, standards, and programs aligned with the Global EHS Management System and strategy.
Directing Solventum’s environmental and operational sustainability data management activities and partnering with the Chief Sustainability Officer and VP, Global EHS on goal setting, project initiation and management, and program development to support ESG reporting.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND fifteen (15) years of experience with EH&S Management Systems
High School Diploma/GED AND nineteen (19) years of experience with EH&S Management Systems
Five (5) years of environmental management experience
Five (5) years of experience in an environmental leadership role
Experience in developing and implementing global environmental and sustainability programs
Experience with U.S. Environmental laws/regulations and International environmental requirements
