Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years progressive quality experience in JIT Automotive manufacturing
3 years supervisory responsibility preferred
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, Core Tools, and customer-specific requirements
Working knowledge of Quality Systems (QOS, FMEAs, Control Plans, Statistics, APQP)
