Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years mission-critical data center experience
  • Direct liquid cooling (DLC) system expertise
  • MEP components knowledge including UPS and Chillers
  • SOP, EOP, and MOP development and execution
  • Server OEM integration and troubleshooting

Nice-to-have

  • CAD software proficiency
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong vendor management capabilities
  • Attention to detail in complex environments

Key Requirements

  • STEM degree required
  • Available for nights and weekends
  • Willing to travel 4-6 weeks per year
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Participate in on-call rotation
